Here are today's results, I'm trying something a little different to see if it will be easier for me to put the information together.
I came in well under goal for my calorie intake today, and the funny thing is I'm not feeling hungry! I managed to drink 54 oz of water today, which considering the kind of day I had at work is pretty good. I did 7486 steps today, slowly working my way to getting 10,000 or a day.
Hopefully I can get in a lot more activity over the weekend.
