Today was both bad and good. Bad because I slept way more then I should have and didn't make it to the gym. Good because I did manage to get in the highest amount of steps I have in quite some time. Bad because I started out the day eating more then I should have, but good because I drank 80oz of water.
So Tuesday I will be going to the gym for sure, and getting back to eating sensibly.
